Services Offered

At Compassion Enriched Counseling we will work together to find peace and healing that is hidden within yourself.

Intake Assessment

When we meet for your initial assessment, we’ll provide a safe and supportive space, whether in person or virtual, where you can share your story at your own pace. This is your time, and we’re here to listen with care. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on in your life and begin to create a plan that feels healthy, empowering, and tailored to your need

Individual

We offer a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with the compassion within yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, self-doubt, or life transitions, we will work together to explore your experiences with curiosity and care. Our approach is rooted in the belief that healing begins with self-understanding and kindness.

Couples

At Compassion Enriched Counseling, I help couples create a more compassionate and connected relationship. Whether you're struggling with communication, trust, or emotional distance, we’ll work together to strengthen your bond and foster understanding between you. In a supportive and nonjudgmental space, you'll learn to listen with empathy and respond with care.

My Toolbox

Art Therapy

Art therapy uses creative expression including drawing, painting, or sculpting to help you explore emotions, reduce stress, and gain insight. You don’t need to be an artist; it’s about the process, not the product. Art can help you express what’s hard to put into words and support healing in a gentle, meaningful way. I will provide the tools, work to support, and help uncover your truths that have been difficult to put into words.

CBT

CBT helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. By noticing unhelpful patterns, you can learn new ways to think and respond that feel better and more balanced. I will work to gently confront unhelpful thoughts and beliefs.

EMDR helps your brain heal from painful memories. With gentle eye movements or tapping, it helps you feel less stuck in the past and more at peace in the present. You don’t have to talk a lot—your brain does the work naturally. I will be there to support and guide so you can unlock your hidden knowledge.
